Mr. Stevens from the Committee on Judicial Proceedings,
reported unfavorably,

Senate bill entitled an Act to authorize Pierre G. Dugan,
of Baltimore city, trustee, to transfer certain properties held
by him in trust, for Mary C. Small, and the children of said
Mary C. Small and Frank R. Small, her husband, or the
proceeds of the sale or sales thereof, to Wm. Rhodes, trustee
of said Mary C. Small and Frank R. Small, her husband, in
Ramsey county, State of Minnesota.

Which was adopted.

Mr. Humphreys, from the Committee on Judicial Proceed-
ings, reported favorably,

Senate bill entitled an Act to prevent the increase of gates
on the public roads of Calvert county, with the following
amendment:

Strike out the word "school" in 6th, 13th and 22nd lines,
of Section 2. and in the llth line, Section 3.

Which was adopted.

Said bill was then read the second time and ordered to be
engrossed for a third reading.

Mr. Hepbron, from a Select Committee, reported favora-
bly,

House bill entitled an Act for the protection of Partridges
and Rabbits, and to prevent trepassing with dog or gun on
private property in Kent and Queen Anne's county.

Was read the second time.

Mr. McCulloh, from a Select Committee, reported favora-
bly,

House bill entitled an Act to authorize the Mayor and City
Council of Cumberland, to issue bonds to complete and furn-
ish the City Hall and Market in the City of Cumberland.

Which was read the second time.

Mr. Getty, from a Select Committee, reported favorably,

House bill entitled an Act to prevent Stock from running;
at large within the limits of Garrett county.

Was read the second time.
