Senate bill entitled an Act to authorize the Clerk of the
Circuit Court of Queen Anne's County, to copy Index of
Deeds, &c.

Endorsed "passed by yeas and nays."

Also returned,

Senate bill entitled an Act to extend the building line in
the Harbor of Crisfield, on the North side of the town of
Crisfield, into deeper water.

Endorsed "passed by yeas and nays."

Also returned,

Senate bill entitled an Act to amend chapter 218, of the
Acts of 1856, relating to the Trustees of the Methodist Epis-
copal Church in Princess Anne in Somerset county.

Endorsed "passed by yeas and nays."

Senate bill entitled an Act to authorize and empower the
Governor to appoint an additional Justice of the Peace, in
Easton District, in Talbot county.

Mr. Suit presented the memorial of Prince George County
Grange in reference to Inspections of Tobacco.

Tobacco.

The memorial of Prince George's County Grange, against
the repeal of the Gate Law for said county, passed January
Session, 1874.

Which was read and referred to the Committee on Judicial
Proceedings.

Mr. Stevens presented the memorial of Hannah J. Hackett,
praying to be restored to the pension roll.

Which was read and referred to the Committee on Pen-
sions.

Also,

The memorial of Nathaniel Watts, of Baltimore city, pray-
ing that his pension as a soldier of the war of 1812, may be
restored to him.
