The hour of 1 o'clock having arrived, the President
announced the order of the day to be the

Senate bill entitled an Act authorizing Henry Elliott,
Guardian of Wm. P. Mills, a minor to pass his final account
with the Orphans' Court for Dorchester county, and making
said Wm. P. Mills, competent in law to do all things as he
might do it he had already reached the age of 21 years.

Being upon its third reading,

Mr. Phelps moved a call of the Senate.
On motion of Mr. Stevens,

Further proceedings under the call were dispensed with.
