town, passed December Seesion, 1837, chap, 147, and to its
supplement passed January Session, 1854, chap, 104,

Was read the second time, and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading.

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal Seceion 50, of Art.
51 of the Code of Public General Laws, relating to .Justices
of the Peace, and re-enact the same with amendments.

Was read the second time, and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading.

Seriate bill entitled an Act to repeal the 7th Section of the
57th Article of the Code of Public General Laws, title "Lim-
itation of Actions," and to re-enact the same with amend-
ments,

Was read the second time, and ordered to be engrossed
for a third reading.

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal Sections 107, 108,
109, 110, 111 and 112, of the Acts of January Session, 1874,
chap. 483, relating to revenue and taxes, and to re-enact the
same with amendments,

Was read the second time and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading.

Senate bill entitled an Act to amend Article 29, of the
Code of Public General Laws, title, "Courts," sub-title
"Court of Appeals," by adding an additional Section,

Was read the second time, and ordered to be engrossed
for a third reading.

Senate bill entitled an Act to add certain Sections to Arti-
cle 81, of the Code of Public General Laws, title "Revenue
and Taxes," providing for the Assessment of Property here-
tofore or hereafter omitted to be assessed, and for the collec-
tion of State Taxes payable thereon.

Being upon its second reading, and the Senate having un-
der consideration the amendment heretofore submitted by
Mr. Dennis.

On motion by Mr. Walsh,

Was ordered to lie over, and be made the order of the
day for Wednesday next February 2d, at one o'clock.

Sonate Joint Resolutions, extending the time of service of
the Honorable Richard J. Bowie, Chief Judge of the sixth
Judicial Circuit,

Were read the third time, and passed by yeas and nays as
