boar ding-house keepers, and to add a new Article to the Code
of Public General Laws, to be entitled "Hotel and Boarding-
House Keepers.

Mr. Brewer, from Committee on Agriculture, reported
favorably,

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal Article 28, of the
Code of Public General Laws, title "Commissioners," sub-
title "Meridian Line Standard," and re-enact the same with
amendments.

Mr. Aydelotte, from Joint Committee on State Boundary
Line, reported favorably,

Senate bill entitled an Act to provide for the payment of
Isaac D. Jones of the balance of his claim made to the Gen-
eral Assembly of 1874, for expenses and compensation as
one of the Commissioners to adjust the boundary line be-
tween the States of Virginia and Maryland.

Which was read the first time and referred to the Com-
mittee on Finance.

Mr. McCulloh, from the Committee on Corporations, re-
ported favorably,

Senate bill entitled an Act supplementary to an Act enti-
tled an Act to incorporate the Orphans' House and Episcopal
Free School Society of All Saints' Church, in Frederick-
town, passed December Session. 1837, chap. 147, and to its
supplement passed January Session, 1854, chap. 104.

House bill entitled an Act to repeal Article 31, of the
Code of Public General Laws, title "Crows," so far as the
same relates to Frederick, Harford and Montgomery coun-
ties.

county.
