1876.] OF THE SENATE. 107

Senate bill entitled an Act to change the name of the
Trustees of the Roman Catholic Asylum for Widows, in the
City of Baltimore, to that of "Little Sisters ol the Poor,"

Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays as
follows:

AFFIRMATIVE.

Messrs. President, Knight,
Aydelotte, Lawrence,
Brewer, McCulloh,
Duke, Mudd,
Dennis, Newcomer,
Freeman, Phelps,
Ford, Stevens,
Getty, Steiner,
Humphreys, Walsh-19.
Joyce,

NEGATIVE—None.

Said bill was then sent to the House of Delegates.
On motion by Mr. Stevens,

The order adopted by the Senate, on the 6th day of Janu-
ary, authorizing the Librarian to furnish to each Senator a
copy of the Constitution and a copy of the Code and Supple-
ments,

Was recinded.

When,

Mr. Stevens submitted the following:

Ordered, That the Librarian furnish the Senate with as
many copies of the Code and Supplements as he can spare
from the State Library, to be returned at the end of the Ses-
sion.

Which was adopted.

Mr. Duke laid before the Senate, certain evidence taken in
the contested election case of Wilson vs. Duke.

Which was referred to the Committee on Elections.

On motion by Mr. Suit,
At 1.30 P. M., the Senate adjourned.
