Senate bill entitled an Act to add certain additional Sec-
tions to Article 81 of the Code of Public General Laws, title
"Revenue and Taxes," providing for the assessment of pro-
perty theretofore or hereafter omitted to be assessed, and for the
collection of State taxes payable thereon,

Being upon its second reading,
On motion by Mr. Walsh,

W as ordered to lie over and be made the order of the day
for Friday, the 28th, at 1 o'clock.

Senate bill entitled an Act to change the dividing line
between the 3d and 5th Election Districts in Garrett county,

Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays as
follows :

AFFIRMATIVE.

General Assembly to the bequests of John Gunby, deceased,
to the Presbyterian Church, at Newtown, Worcester county,.
Maryland, and to the Methodist Church, at Jacobsport, Cosh-
octon county, Ohio, and to the Linton Presbyterian Church,
of Coshocton county, Ohio,

Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays as
follows :
