Said -bill was then returned to the House of Delegates.
Mr. Stevens from a Select Committee, reported favorably,

Senate bill entitled an Act authorizing the Mayor and City
Council of Baltimore, to provide for the Inspection of Coal
Oil in the City of Baltimore, and for the appointment of In-
spectors for that purpose.

Which was read the first time,

Mr. Phelps from a Select Committee, reported favorably,

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal Sec. 1 of chapter 403,
of au Act passed at January Session, 1874, relating to the
Cambridge Female Seminary, and to re-enact the same with
amendments.

Which was read the first time, and referred to the Com-
mittee on Finance.

Mr. Steiner from a Select Committee, reported favorably,

House bill entitled an Act to repeal chapter 17, of the Acts

of 1874, entitled an Act to repeal Sections 323 and 324 of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Frederick county, and to
re-enact the same with amendments.

Which was read the second time.

Mr. Dennis from a Select Committee, reported favorably,

House bill entitled an Act to authorize the Commissioners
of Crisfield, to permit the extension of Marine Railways into
the harbor of Crisfield.

Which was read the second time.

The Clerk of the House of Delegates appeared and deliv-

ered the

House bill entitled an Act to repeal Article 31, of the Code
of Public General Laws, entitled "Crows," so far as the
same relates to Harford, Frederick and Montgomery counties.

Which was read the first time and referred to the Com-
mittee on Agriculture,

Senate bill entitled an Act for the relief of Rachael Wilson,
by refunding State and County Taxes erroneously paid.

Was read the second time and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading.
