of 1868, relating to Circuit Courts for the counties, and to
re-enact the same with amendments.

Also, by Mr. Dennis, from same Committee, unfavorable
report on,

Senate bill entitled an Act to give certain Deeds, wherein
the amount of unpaid purchase money may be expressed,
the effect of mortgage deeds and preserve the venders lien
therein, in Garrett county.

Which was adopted.

Mr. Knight, from the Committee on Judicial Proceedings,
reported favorably House bill entitled an Act, granting the
sanction of the General Assembly to the bequest of Margaret
E. Morton, late of Calvert county, deceased, to the vestry of
St. Paul's Parish Church, in Calvert county.

Which was read the second time.
