Said resolution was then read the second time, and ordered
to be engrossed for a third reading.

Mr. Stevens, from the Committee on Judicial Proceeding,
reported favorably,

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal the 7th Section, of
the 57th Article, of the Code of Public General Laws, title
"Limitation of Actions," and to re-enact the same with
amendments.

Which was read the first time.

Also, favorably,

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal Sections 107, 108,
109, 110, 111, 112, of chap. 483, of the Acts of 1874, relat-
ing to Revenue and Taxes, and to re-enact the same with
amendments.

Which was read the first lime.

Also, favorably,

Senate bill entitled an Act to extend the jurisdiction of
Justices of the Peace for Garrett county, to cases of assault
and Battery.

Which was read the first time.

Also, favorably,

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 19, of Article
61, of the Code of Public General Laws, title "Mechanics'
Lien,"

Which was read the first time.

Also, favorably,

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 50, of Article
51, of the Code of Public General Laws, relating to Justices
of the Peace, and to re-enact the same with amendments.

Which was read the first time.

Also, favorably,

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal an Act, to add new
Sections, to Article 51, of the Code of Public General Laws
entitled Justices of the Peace, relating to the Liens of Exe-
cutions, issued by Justices of the Peace, passed March 30th,
1868, chap 443, and to re-enact the same with amendments.

Also, favorably,

Senate bill entitled an Act to amend Article 29, of the
Public General Laws, title "Courts," sub-title "Court of Ap-
peals," by adding to said title and sub-title, an additional
Section.
