On motion of Mr. Hoblitzell,
The further consideration thereof was postponed, and said
bill made the order of the day for Tuesday next, the 21st in-
stant, at 2 o'clock P. M.
Mr. Vandiver, (the rules being suspended), submitted the
following order:
Ordered, That when this House adjourns it stands ad-
journed until Monday.
Which was adopted.
Mr. Ford moved that the vote by which Senate bill, No.
54, in reference to the county seat of Garrett county.
Was ordered to be indefinitely postponed be re-considered
The question recurring upon concurring in the motion,
Mr. Robinson moved that the further consideration there-
of, be postponed and that said motion be made the order of
the day for Tuesday next, at 11 o'clock,
The question recurring upon concurring in the motion,
