So the motion prevailed.
And said motion was made the order of the day for Tues-
day next, 21st inst., at 11 o'clock, A. M.
The House then proceed to the consideration of the first
order of the day, being
The bill entitled an Act to amend Section 3 of Article 8,
of the Constitution of the State of Maryland,
Said bill being upon a second reading,
Mr. Hoblitzell moved that the further consideration of
said bill be postponed, and that it be made the order of the
day for Wednesday next.
The question then recurring upon concurring in the mo-
tion,
