Tobacco Warehouse, in the City of Baltimore, and to appro-
priate money for said purpose.

Mr. Robinson, Acting Chairman of the Committee on
Ways and Means, reported favorably,
A bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 105 of chapter 9,
passed at the January Session, 1874, entitled an Act to re-
peal Sections 105 and 1.06 of Article 26 of the Code of Public
General Laws, title " Corporations," sub-title "Insurance
Companies," and to re-enact the same with amendments,
and to amend and re-enact said Section 105.
Which was read a first time.
Mr. Brooke, Chairman of the Committee on Public Build-
ings, on the part of the House, reported favorably,
A bill entitled an Act to appropriate a sum of money for
the repair and improvement of the State House.
Which was read a first time.
