1868, chapter 179, entitled an Act to alter and amend certain
Sections, and add additional Sections to Article 12, of the
Code of Public Local Laws, relating to Havre-de-Grace, in
Harford county.
Which was read a first time.
Mr. Boyle, Chairman ef a Select Committee, reported favor-
ably,
A bill entitled an Act to authorize, if in their discretion
tji.ey shall deem the s^rae proper, the County Commissioners
of Harford e <unty shall issue bonds, the proceeds of which to
be med for the purpose of paying the debt now due by the
Bo«r<l of County School Commissioners of said county.

Mr. Hooper, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported
favorably,
A bill entitled an Act to repeal Sections 63 to 77, inclu-
sive of the Code of Public Local Laws of Baltimore county,
Article 3, and the Laws of Maryland for 1872, chapter 371,
as far as the Fame relates to Baltimore county, entitled County
Commissioners, and to enact the following in lieu thereof.

A bill entitled an Act to prevent the taking of crabs in
the waters of Somerset county, by non-residents of said county,
for sale.

to erect, and keep a gate across the County Road, leading
down to Gunby's Creek, in Somerset county, b-tween the
land formerly belonging to Wm. C. Bell, and the land form-
erly belonging to James Whittington, and now belonging to
said Benjamin Lankford.

Mr. Fenton, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported fa-
vorably,
A bill entitled an Act to repeal chapter 35, of Acts of
1874, entitled an Act to add an additional Section to Article
4, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "City of Balti-
more," to be known as Section 871 A, and re enact the same
with additional Sections, to be known as Sections 871 A and
871 B.
