A bill entitled an Act to authorize the County Commis-
sioners of Prince George's county to abate the interest on cer-
tain judgments in favor of the County Commissioners of Prince
George's couaty against Richard T. Robinson and his securi-
ties.
Which was read a first time.
Mr. Hance, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported fa-
vorably,
A bill entitled an Act to change the name of the District
of Columbia, Upper Marlboro' and Hill's Landing Turnpike
Company, to that of the District of Columbia and Upper
Marlboro' Turnpike Company.

Mr. Loane, Chairman of the Committee on the Judiciary,
reported favorably,
The Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal chapter 163, of
the Acts of the General Assembly, passed at the January
Session of 1866, entitled an Act to incorporate the Trustees
of the Methodist Episcopal Church in Federalsburg, in Caro-
line county, and to substitute the following in lieu thereof.
