Company, to that of the District of Columbia and Upper

The Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal chapter 163, of
the Acts of the General Assembly, passed at the January
Session of 1866, entitled an Act to incorporate the Trustees
of the Methodist Episcopal Church in Federalsburg, in Caro-
line county, and to substitute the following in lieu thereof.

The Senate bill entitled an Act to authorize his Excellency,
the Governor, to apply to the President of the United States
for the appointment of a Board of three Commissioners, to
be detailed for the survey of the harbor of Baltimore city
and the adjacent waters, and the establishment of the Pier
and Bulkhead Lines thereof, and appropriating five thou-
sand dollars to pay the expenses of said Board.
