Mr. Waters, of Carroll submitted the following order :
Ordered, That when this House adjourn to-day, it stand
adjourned till 11 A. M. to-morrow.
Which was adopted.
Mr. Dashiell moved a reconsideration of the vote by which
the House refused to adopt the order submitted by Mr. Haw-
kins on Friday, the 14th instant, requiring the Postmaster to
furnish each member of the House the same amount of pos-
tage stamps as were furnished each member at the last Ses-
sion. Also, the same amount to the Chief Clerk, the Read-
ing Clerk, the Journal Clerk and the Engrossing Clerk.
The question recurring upon sustaining the motion,
Mr. Koons demanded the yeas and nays.
