The message was concurred in, and the House receded from
said amendment...
Mr. Rutledge submitted the following message to the
Senate:
By THE HOUSE OF DELEGATES,
March 16h,1876.
Gentlemen of the Senate :
We have received your message, non-concurring in the
amendments to Senate bill, No. 59, providing that the State
Librarian shall furnish certain books to the Circuit Court for
Wicomico county, and concur therein; and have receded from
our amendments, and return the Senate bill passed by yeas
and nays, as it was received from the Senate.

The question being on concurring in the message,
It was concurred in, and sent to the Senate, together with
-said bill.
Mr. Koons moved, the vote by which the bill entitled an
Act to prevent hogs and geese from running at large, within
two miles of Urbana, in Frederick county, was passed, be
reconsidered, upon which,
