Mr. Constable, Chairman of the Committee on the Judi-
ciary, reported unfavorably,
Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal an Act passed at the
January Session, 1870, and entitled an Act to change the
provision of Section 1, Article 11, of the Constitution of this
State, title "Baltimore city," relating to the term of office of
the Mayor of said city, as provided in and by Section 9 of said
Article.
The report, was adopted.
The Hon. R, C. Hollyday, Secretary of State, delivered the
following message, from his Excellency, the Governor:
EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT,
Annapolis, March 16th, 1876.
Gentlemen of the House of Delegates of Maryland:
I have the honor of informing you of my approval and sig-
nature of the following Acts that originated in the House of
Delegates:
No. 63. An Act to amend an Act of January Session, 1867
chapter 237, entitled an Act to incorporate the "Beneficial
Friend Society of Baltimore city, by changing its name."
No. 65. An Act to authorize the bequest of George W.
Jonson, to the German Lutheran Evangelical Saint Mat-
thew's Congregation of Baltimore.
No. 78. An Act to exempt certain portions of the waters of
Anne Arundel county from the operation of Sections 1 and 3,
Article 98, of the Code of Public General Laws, title "Wild
Fowl," and to enact other sections in lieu thereof.
No. 79. An Act to enable the qualified voters of Wicomico
county to determine by ballot whether spirituous or fermented
liquors shall be sold in said county.

We have received Senate bill entitled an Act authorizing
and directing the State Librarian to furnish from the State
Library, for the use of the Circuit Court lor Wicomico coun-
ty, a lull set of the decisions of the Court of Appeals, and of
the Acts of Assembly, and other books, with the amendments
proposed by your Honorable Body to said bill, and respect-
fully non-concur therein, and request your Honorable Body
