Mr. Goldsborough moved that the proceedings on the Jour-
nal, with reference to the recall from the Senate of
The House bill entitled an Act, to repeal Sections 82, 83,
84 and 85, of the Public Local Laws of Caroline county, sub-
title "Fences," so far as it relates to the 1st, 2nd and 3rd
districts,
Be expunged, and
Said bill be returned to the Senate.
The motion prevailed, and
Said bill was then sent to the Senate.
The Secretary of the Senate delivered the following
House bill entitled an Act relating to the Franklin Bank
of Baltimore.
Endorsed, "Passed by yeas and nays with proposed amend-
tnejati"
AMENDMENT PROPOSED.
Amend by adding to Section 1 of bill, extending charter of
the Franklin Bank the words, following, namely, "but the
stockholders of said bank shall be liable to the amount of
their respective share or shares of stock for all its debts and
liabilities upon note, bill or otherwise."
