sufficient to adequately improve by deepening and otherwise,
the entrance to the harbor of the City of Annapolis in the
State of Maryland.
And be it further resolved. That a copy of these Resolu-
tions be forwarded to each of the Senators and Representa-
tives of the State of Maryland in Congress, duly certified,
forthwith.
Mr. Fenton offered the following amendment:
AMENDMENT PROPOSED.
"That our Senators be instructed, and the members of the
House of Representatives of the United States from this State,
be requested."
Which was accepted.
The Resolutions were then ordered to be engrossed as
amended.

The bill entitled an Act to repeal chapter 46, of the Acts
of the General Assembly of Maryland, passed in 1874, re-
lating to fences in Worcester county, so far as relates to the
2d, 3d and 9th election districts of Worcester county, and
enact the following in lieu thereof:
