introduce a bill to provide for the publication of the calen-
dars of trial cases in the various Courts of Baltimore city.
On motion of Mr. Clarke,
Leave was granted to Messrs. Donaldson, Clark and
Waters, of Carroll, to introduce a bill entitled an Act for the
relief of Lawson Riddle, Nicholas Harding and Hazel Hobbs,
of Howard county.
On motion of Mr. Rinehart,
Leave was granted to the Carroll delegation to introduce a
bill entitled an Act to create an additional Justice of the
Peace in the Third Election District of Carroll county.
On motion of Mr. Dodson,
Leave was grantel to Messrs. Dodson, Fitzjarrell and
Koons to introduce a bill entitled an Act to repeal Section
144, Article 20 of Public Local Laws, title '^Talbot County,"
sub-title "St. Michaels," and re-enact the same with amend-
ments.
On motion of Mr. Naill,
Leave was granted to the Frederick delegation to introduce
a bill entitled an Act to create a new Election District out of
part of Frederick Election District, Frederick county.
Mr. Neal moved that the vote by which
Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal an Act passed at the
January Session, 1870, and entitled an Act to change the
provisions of Section 1, Article 11 of the Constitution of this
State, title "Baltimore city," relating to the term of office
of tho Mayor of said city, as provided in and by Section 9 of
said Article.
Was referred to the Committee on the Judiciary,
Be reconsidered, and the bill referred to the Committee on
Elections.
The motion was sustained and the said bill so referred.

The Senate bill entitled an Act to change the provisions of
Sections 1 and 3 of Article 11 of the Constitution of Marv-
land, title "City of Baltimore,"
Was referred to the Committee ©n the Judiciary,

The bill entitled an Act for the protection of Sheep Hus-
bandry,
