A bill enhtled an Act to add a new Section to the Code of
Public General Laws, Article 16, title ''Chancery," sub-title
"Non Compos Mentis," to follow Section 87, providing the
cases of wards, who may be non compos mentis, when they
reach majority, and are unable to settle with their guar-
dians.

mittee on the Judiciary,
Also, delivered,
A bill entitled an Act to repeal Sections 41, 43, 44, 45,
47, 48, 49, 50, 51, 55, 59, 60, 61, 65 and 69, of Article 47,
of the Code of Public General Laws, title "Inheritance,"
and to repeal and re-enact with amendments, Sections 46,
52, 53, 54, 58, 64 and 68, of the same Article.
Which was read a first time and referred to the Com-
mittee on the Judiciary.
