A bill entitled an Act to add additional Sections to Article
29 of the Code of Public General Laws, title "Courts," sub-
title "Judgments," to follow Section 19, to enable judgment
creditors to secure liens against real estate of defendants
lying in another county or city.
Which was read a first time and referred to the Committee-
on the Judiciary.
Also, delivered,
A bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact Section 79
and Sub-Section 2 of Article 2 of the Code of Public Local
Laws, title "Anne Arundel county," sub-title "County
Commissioners," as amended and re-enacted by chapter 485
of the Act of the General Assembly passed at the January
Session, 1874.
Which was read a first time and referred to the Anne
Arundel delegation.
Also, delivered,
A bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 4, of an Act
passed at the January Session, 1862, chapter 104, entitled an
Act to incorporate a company for the establishment of a Pub-
lic Cemetery in Kent county, and within a mile of the ex-
terior limits of Chestertown and to re-enact the-same with,
amendments.
