The bill entitled an Act to authorize the Comptroller to
draw his warrant en the Treasurer for a sum of money suffi-
cient to re-imburse Sprigg Harwood for money erroneously
paid into the State Treasury, and to direct said Sprigs? Har-
wood to pay the same when so re-imbursed, to the County
School Commissioners for Anne Arundel county,
Which was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed
for a third reading.
The bill entitled an Act to repeal Sec. 3, of the Act of the
General Assembly of Maryland of 1864, chapter 44, entitled
a supplement to the Act entitled a supplement to the Act en-
titled an Act to incorporate the Frederick and Emmittsburg
Turnpike Company, passed December Session, 1844, chapter
136, and re-enact the same with amendments,
