The order and proposed amendments were laid on the table.
Mr. Naiil submitted the following order :
Ordered, That the testimony in the Legislative contested
election cases of the City of Baltimore, which has been for-
warded to the Speaker of this House be printed, and all testi-
mony in said cases which may hereafter be forwarded to the
Speaker, be printed upon the receipt thereof.
Mr. Hoblitzell moved to refer it to the Committee on
Elections.
The question being upon the adoption of this motion.
