Mr. Rutledge submitted the following order:
Ordered, That the Committee on Printing lake such action
as will compel the prompt publication of the Journal, so that
the same may be put on the Desks of members on the morn-
ing following each days Session.
On motion of Mr. Hoblitzell,
The order was laid on the table.
Mr. Clark submitted the following order:
Ordered, That the Speaker of this House direct the pages
to have the Journals placed on members files before the
opening of the morning Session.
Which was rejected.
On motion of Mr. Koons,
Ordered, That in debate at Night Sessions no Member
shall be allowed to speak more than five minutes on any
question.
Mr. Loane submitted the fallowing order :
Ordered, That the Sessions of Tuesday and Thursday
evenings of each week be devoted to the consideration of gen-
eral bills; the other Evening Sessions to continue for the
consideration of local bills.
Mr. Hoblitzell the submitted following amendment:
