Line 4, Section 52, "or before some Magistrate in the
county where the owner of said tobacco resides."

Mr. Hodges proposed the following amendment:

Section 52. Strike out all after "therefore," in line 3, to
"pay" in line 4, and insert, "in a Court having criminal
jurisdiction in this State."

Mr, Gwynn proposed the following amendment:
AMENDMENT PROPOSED.
In Section 54, in line 3, after the word "bundles," insert
the following, "of an inferior tobacco to that which is found in
the outside courses," so as to read as follows: "With the heads
of the bundles of an inferior tobacco, to that which is found
in the outside course inverted," &c.
