Mr. Hinka proposed the following amendment :
AMENDMENT PROPOSED.
Amend by inserting afterword "fire," on line 2, of Sec
tion 57, "or any other casuality."
Which was rejected.
Mr. Hinks proposed the following amendment:

Amend by striking out all of Section 57 after the word
"State," on line 3 thereof.

Mr. Mattingly proposed the following amendment :
AMENDMENT PROPOSED.
In line 3, Section 57, after the ward "State," insert the
following : "After said tobacco has been inspected and sold."

Add to Section 59, "That after the 1st day of March, 1878,
all salaries or other expenses authorized by this Act shall be
