Mr. Lankford, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported
favorably,
House bill entitled an Act to Add additional Sectioas to
Article 19, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Somer-
set County," sub-title "Fences," to be known as "Sec. 53,
Sec. 64, Sec. 55 and Sec. 56."
Which was read first time.
Mr. Hess submitted the following message to the Senate:

Gentlemen of the Senate:
We respectfully ask your Honorable Body to return to this
House the bill providing for a vote on Local Option in Balti-
more county.
