A bill entitled an Act to repeal the Act of 1864, chapter
346, the Act of 1865, chapter 194, the Act of 1867, chapter
368, the Act of 1868, chapter 128, the Acts of 1872, chapter
36 and 228, and the Act of 1874, chapter 394, relating to the
Inspection of Tobacco and State Tobacco Warehouses, and
enact in lieu thereof the following.
The question being upon the adoption of the amendment
offered by Mr. Naill, as follows:

Amend by striking out all from word "appoint," in line-
2, of Section 2, down to word "five," in line 3, of said Sec-
tion.
