enact the same with amendments, and to amend and re-enact
the same.

4th, 1870, chapter 141, entitled an Act to repeal Section 18,
of Article 73, of the Code of Public General Laws, entitled

A bill entitled an Act to amend the Act of 1872, chapter
152, entitled an Act to amend the Act of March Session, 1865,
chapter 147, by substituting certain Sections for the 2nd and
3rd Sections of said Act and providing for the reduction of
the number of directors and for the holding of the meetings
of the said Company in the city of Philadelphia.
