Which was read, and
On motion of Mr. Donaldson,
Ordered to be spread upon the Journal.
The following bills were presented to his Excellency, the
Governor, for his approval, this 11th day of March, 1876.
No. 63. An Act to amend an Act of January Session,
1867, chapter 237, entitled an Act to incorporate the Benefi-
cial Savings' Fund Society of Baltimore, by changing its
name.
No. 64. An Act to repeal and re-enact with amendments,
an Act of the General Assembly of Maryland, passed at the
January Session in the year 1868, chapter 334, approved
March 30th, 1868, entitled an Act supplementary and
amendatory of an Act passed at the present Session of the
General Assembly of Maryland, entitled an Act to amend the
charter of the Cumberland and Pennsylvania Railroad Com-
pany, passed at the January Session, 1849, chapter 469, and
to further repeal and amend said last named Act.
No 65. An Act to authorize the bequest of George \Y.
Jonson, to the German Lutheran Evangelical Saint Matthew's
Congregation of Baltimore.

The following bills were presented to his Excellency, the
Governor, for his approval, this 11th day of March, 1876.
No. 78. An Act to exempt certain portions of the waters
of Anne Arundel county from the operation of Sections 1 and
3, Article 98, of the Code of Public General Laws, title
"Wild Fowlm," and to enact other Sections in lieu thereof.
No. 79. An Act to enable the qualified voters of Wicomico
county to determine by ballot whether spirituous or fer-
mented liquors shall be sold in said county.

Mr. Donaldson presented the resolutions of sundry citizens
of the 3rd and 4th Election Districts of Howard county.
Which was read and referred to the Committee on Ways
and Means.
