Strike out the name of "Milton Y. Kidd," and substitute
in lieu thereof, the name of Jno. W. Ramsburg, of Fred-
erick county, and strike out the name of "Dr. W. H.
Cole," and substitute therefor Saml. McCreery, of Washing-
ton county.
