Senate bill entitled an Act to provide for cleaning out the
harbor and basin and docks of the City of Baltimore, and for
the permanent removal of the causes whereby the waters of
the said harbor .and basin have been polluted, and to au-
thorize the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore, to issue
bonds to the amount of one million of dollars to defray ex-
penses of said work.
Which was read a second time.
Also,
Reported favorably from a Select Committee, Senate, bill
entitled an Act to repeal Sections 7, 17, 20 and 22, or the
Acts of 1872, chapter 251, and re-enact the same with amend-
ments.
Which was read a second time.
Mr. Bird, from a Select Committee, reported favorably,
A bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact with amend-
ments, chapter 219, of the; Acts passed January Session,
1874, which was an Act regulating the right of Fishing in
the Patuxent river and its tributaries,
Which was read a first time.
The Frederick delegation reported favorably,
A bill entitled an Act to repeal chap. 285, of the Act of 1874,
entitled an Act to prohibit the Clerk of the Circuit Court of
Frederick county, from issuing license to venders of spiritu-
ous, vinous or malt liquors, within three miles of the Post
Office at Hansonville, Frederick county, and to re-enact the
came with amendments.

Mr. Ward, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported fa-
vorably,
A bill entitled an Act to authorize the County Com-
missioners of Cecil county, to iund certain indebtedness of
the Board of County School Commissioners of Cecil county
by issuing bonds therefor, and to levy a tax for the payment
of the same.
Which was read a first time.
Also, delivered,
A bill entitled an Act to appropriate a sum of money to
defray the expenses of the Adjutant General in defending a
mandamus to maintain possession of the office of Adjutant
General, and its archives.
Which was read a first time and referred to the Committee
on Claims.
