By THE HOUSE OF DELEGATES,

Gentlemen of the Senate:
We respectfully request that you return to this House of
Delegates a bill entitled an Act to amend the Public Local
Laws relating to Somerset county, sub-title "Fences," by
adding thereto the following Section, for the purpose of
amendment.

Also,
Senate bill entitled an Act to provide for the payment of the
counsel employed to represent the State in the arbitration
between Maryland and Virginia, upon the boundary between
the said States, and to appropriate a sum of money therefor,
and for the other expenses of the said arbitrators.
