On nation of Mr, Rullman,
Leave was grants! to the Anne Arundel delegation to in-
troduce a bill to provide for the working of prisoners sent to-
the county Jail of Anne Arundel county.
On motion of Mr. Atkinson,
Leave was granted to the Committe on Corporations to in-
troduce a bill to incorporate the Frostburg Savings Institu-
tion.
On motion of Mr. Boyer,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Corporations to
introduce a bill to consolidate the Kent county Railroad Com-
pany with the Shyrna and Delaware Bay Railroad Company.
On motion of Mr. Whitelock,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Pensions to repeal
all laws authorizing the payment of any bounty, and the em-
ployment of any clerical force for that purpose by the Comp-
troller.
On motion of Mr. Sprigg,
Leave was granted to the Allegany delegation to introduce
a bill to amend the charter of the Frostburg Water Company.
On motion of Mr. Canby,
Leave was granted to the Montgomery delegation to intro-
duce a bill to add an additional Section to Article 15, of the
Code of Public Local Laws, title "Montgomery county," pro-
viding for the allowance of certain deduction to persons pay-
ing their county taxes within certain specified times.
On motion of Mr. Snowden,
Leave was granted to the Prince George's delegation to in-
troduce a bill to amend the Act of incorporation of the town
of Laurel, Act of 1870, chapter 260, and Act of 1874, chap-
ter 171.
On motion of Mr. Sprigg,
Leave was granted to the Allegany delegation to introduce
a bill to enable defendants in any action brought against
them before a Justice of the Peace in Election Districts No.
4, 5, 6 and 14, of Allegany county, to remove their cases
from the Justice of the Peace before whom the action is
brought to any other acting Justice of the Peace appointed
for any of the said Election Districts.
