Mr. Constable, Chairman of the Committee on the Judi-
ciary, reported unfavorably,
A bill entitled an Act to repeal Sections 39, 57 and 62 of
Article 47, of the Maryland Code of Public General Laws,
Vol. 1, entitled "Inheritance," and to re-enact the same with
amendments, and to add an additional Section thereto,
Which,
On motion of Mr. Neal,
Was postponed until Tuesday next, 10th inst., and ordered
to be printed,
Mr. Harig, Chairman of the Committee on Claims, re-
ported favorably,
A. bill entitled an Act to appropriate a sum of money to
pay William T. Iglehart for work done for the Executive
Department, by direction of the late Governor Groome,
Which was read a first time.
Mr. Donaldson, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported
favorably,
A bill entitled an Act to repeal Sections 2 add 6, and to re-
peal and re-enact with amendments Sections 1, 3, 4 and 5,
of chapter 150, of the Acts of 1874, entitled an Act to estab-
lish a Commission of Fisheries of the State of Maryland, de-
fine its duties, and to appropriate a sum of money to defray
the expenses thereof reducing the members of Commissioners
to one, and providing an increase of the salary of said Com-
missioner.
Which was read a first time.
Mr. Given, of a Select Committee, reported favorably, a
bill entitled an Act to repeal Sections, ), 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8,
9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19 and 20, title "Balti-
more County," sub-title "Roads," passed January Session,
of the Legislature of 1874, chapter 274, and to re-enact the
same with amendments, so as to read as follows:

Ordered to be printed.
Mr. Robinson, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported
favorably, a bill entitled an Act to authorize Alexandria
Franklin to erect a gate across one of the Public Roads in
Anne Arundel county.

Mr. Hodges, of a Select Committee, reported favorably a
bill entitled an Act to authorize the County Commissioners
of Anne Arundel county, to construct a bridge over Beard's
