the Code of Public General Laws, relating to "Sabbath
Breaking," and to re-enact the same to read as follows:
Mr. Robinson, Chairman of the Committee on Education,
reported favorably,
A bill entitled an Act to authorize and require the County
Commissioners of Frederick connty to fund certain indebted-
ness of the Board of County School Commissioners of Fred-
erick county by issuing bonds therefor, and to levy a tax for
the payment of the same.
Mr. Constable, Chairman of the Committee on the Judi-
ciary, reported favorably,
A bill entitled an Act to amend Section 3, of Article 8, of
the Constitution of the State of Maryland.
Which was read a first time.
Mr. Stewart, Chairman of the Committee on the Chesa-
peake Bay and its Tributaries, reported favorably,
A bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact several Sec-
tions of chapter 181, of the Acts passed at. January Session,
1874, which Act repealed Article 71, of the Code of Public
General Laws, title "Oysters."

A bill entitled an Act to pay Eli Whitney his claim against
the State of Maryland.

of the Circuit Court for St. Mary's county, a sum of money
erroneously paid into the Treasury.

Public General Laws.
