Commissioners of Frederick connty to fund certain indebted-
ness of the Board of County School Commissioners of Fred-
erick county by issuing bonds therefor, and to levy a tax for
the payment of the same.

A bill entitled an Act to amend Section 3, of Article 8, of
the Constitution of the State of Maryland.

tions of chapter 181, of the Acts passed at. January Session,

General Laws, title "Oysters."
