Property, the Weigh Master of Live Stock, the Centennial,
Sectarian Appropriation, Legislative Expenses, except that
relating to Printing, the Deaf and Dumb Asylum, the Insti-
tution for the Instruction of the Blind, the Maryland Inebri-
ate Asylum, and the House of Refuge, be referred to the Com-
mittee on Ways and Means.
That such portion of said message as relates to a revision
of the Criminal Laws, Imprisonment for Non-Payment of
Fines, Apprentice Laws, Orphans' Courts, Bribery of Officials,
Elections of Attorney General, Justices of the Peace for Balti-
more city, Amendment of the Constitution, the Maryland
Penitentiary, the Registration and Election Laws, and the
State Hay-Scale Lot, be referred to the Committee oa the
Judiciary.
That so much of said message as relates to the Hospital for
the Insane at Spring Grove, be referred to a Joint Select
Committee.
That such portion of said message as relates to the State
Normal School Building, the condition of the State House,
the State House Circle, and the State Tobacco Warehouses,
be referred to the Committee on Public Buildings.
That so much of said message as relates to the Inspection
of Tobacco, and the correction of abuse in regard thereto, be
referred to the Committee on Inspections.
That so much of said message as relates to the State Board
of Health, be referred to a Select Committee.
That such portion of said message as relates to the legis-
lative expenses in regard to Printing, be referred to the Com-
mittee on Printing.
That so much of said message as relates to the disburse-
ment of the Executive Contingent Fund, be referred to the
Committee on the Contingent Fund, placed at the disposal
of the Executive
That such portion of said message as relates to the Arrest
of Maryland Oystermen, Correspondence with Governor
Kemper, the Oyster Laws, and Wild Fowl, be referred to
the Committee on the Chesapeake Bay and its Tributaries.
That so much of said message as relates to Fisheries and
the Increase of Fish in the waters of the State, be referred to
a Select Committee.
That such portion of said message as relates to the State
Board of Education, the Agricultural College, and all Edu-
cational Institutions in which the State is interested, be re-
ferred to the Committee on Education.
