That such portions of said message as relate to the alleged
acts of usurpation, indignity and gross outrage perpetrated
by Military Authority upon car sister State Louisiana, and
Maryland War Claims, be referred to the Committee on Fed-
eral Relations.
That such portions of said message as relates to the Militia
of the State, be referred to the Committee on Militia.
That such portions of said message as relates to the Great
Seal of the State, be referred to the Committee on the Library.
That so much of said message as relates to the Boundary
Question between this State and the State of Virginia, be re-
ferred to a Joint Select Committee.
That such portions of said message as relates to the House
of Correction, and the request for an investigation in regard
thereto, be referred to the Joint Committee required by Sec.
24, Art. III., Constitution.
