On motion of Mr. Hinks.
Leave was granted to the Committoe on the Judiciary to
introduce a bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 41, of Arti-
cle 51, of the Code of Public General Laws, title "Justices
of the Peace," sub-title "Civil Jurisdiction," and enact a
substitute therefor and in lieu thereof.
On motion of Mr. Hinks,
Leave was granted to the Committee on the Judiciary to
introduce a bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 53, of Arti-
cle 51, of the Code of Public General Laws, title "Justices
of the Peace," sub title "Supersedeas and Execution," and
enact a substitute therefor and in lieu thereof.
On motion of Mr. Rullman,
Leave was granted to the Committee on the Judiciary to
introduce a bill for the relief of the sureties of Edwin Duvall,
late Sheriff of Anne Arundel county.
On motion of Mr. Donaldson,
Leave was granted to the Committee on the Judiciary to
bring in a bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 30, of Arti-
cle 93 of the Code of Public General Laws, title "Testamen-
tary Laws," sub-title "Administration," and to re-enact the
same with amendments.
On motion of Mr. Loane,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Corporations to
introduce a bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Maryland
Tubing Transportation Company.
On motion of Mr. Loane,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Corporations to
introduce a bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Maryland
Live Stock Company.
On motion of Mr. Onley,
Leave was granted to Messrs. Onley, Purnell and Gunby
to introduce a bill for the protection of oysters, clams, fish
and terrapins in Synapuxent Bay and its tributaries in Wor-
cester county.
On motion of Mr. Riggs,
Leave was granted to Frederick delegation to introduce a
bill entitled an Act to authorize the County Commissioners of
Frederick county to issue additional bonds for the payment of
expenses incurred, and to be incurred in erecting a new jail
for Frederick coubty, and to collect taxes for the payment of
such bonds and toe interest thereon.
On motion of Mr. Hooper,
Leave was granted to the Baltimore county delegation to
introduce a bill authorizing the County Commissioners of
