A bill entitled an Act to authorize or allow T. George
Todd, to erect and keep a gate on the public road leading
from Lakesville to Woodlantown in Dorchester county,
Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading.
The bill entitled an Act to appropriate a sum of money to
pay Thomas E. Ensor, late collector of taxes of Baltimore
county, money erroneously paid by him into the Treasury of
the State.
Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.
The bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact with amend-
ments, chap. 395, of the Acts of the General Assembly of
1874, entitled an Act to authorize the United States to pro-
cure the condemnation of land within the State of Mary-
land for certain public purposes, and to convey the jurisdic-
tion thereof, when so condemned, to the United States,
Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading.
The bill entitled an Act to enable the qualified voters of
Worcester county to determine by ballot whether spirituous
or fermented liquors shall not be sold in said county, or shall
be sold only as hereinafter described, and to repeal all Acts
inconsistent herewith,
Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading.
The bill entitled an Act to appropriate a sum of money to
pay William B. Merge, of Harford county, for taxes errone-
ously paid into the Treasury of the State,
Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading.
