17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32,
33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38 and 39 of Article 4, of the Constitu-
tion of Maryland.
Which was read a first time.
Mr. Gill, Chairman of the Committee on Ways and Means,
reported favorably,
A bill entitled an Act to repeal Sub-Sections 3 and 21 of
Section 3, ch. 483 of the Acts of 1874, entitled an Act to re-
peal Article 81, of the Code of Public General Laws of the
htate of Maryland, entitled "Revenue and Taxes," and to
re-enact the same with amendments, and re-enact the same
so'as to read as follows.
Was read a first time and ordered to be printed, and
On motion of Mr. Gill,
To be made the order of the day for Wednesday next.
Mr. Whitelock, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported
favorably,
Senate bill entitled an Act to prevent stock running at
large in Baltimore county, within fifteen miles of Baltimore
city.
Which was read a second time.
Mr. Snowden, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported
favorably,
A bill entitled an Act to change the name of Glennville in
Prince George's county, to Glenndale,
Which was read a first time.
Mr. Neal, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported favor-
ably,
A bill entitled an Act passed at January Session, 1868,
chapter 206, entitled an Act authorizing the County Com-
missioners of Queen Anne's county, to levy a sum of money
or issue bonds for repairing and altering the Court house in
said county, and re-enact the same as amended,

within the haul of any haul seine in the waters of Chester
