Mr. Hoblitzell, from the Committee on the Judiciary,

A bill entitled an Act to repeal ch. 231 of the Acts of
1874, entitled an Act to regulate the commissions to be al-
lowed the Clerks of Courts for collecting and paying over to
the Treasury public money, and to re-enact the same with
amendments.
