of the Code of Public Local Laws, and supplement thereto,
title "City of Baltimore," sub-title "Court," substituting
others in lieu thereof, and to re-enact the same so ns to read
as follows,

The bill entitled an Act to repeal the Act of 1867, chapter
390, of the Code of Public Local Laws of Anne Arundel
county, relating to the sale of spirituous and fermented
liquors to miners in the City of Annapolis, and within five
miles thereof, and to re-enact with amendments, Sec-
tion 55,
Was read the second time and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading.
The bill entitled an Act to encourage the killing of hawks,.
big owls, foxes and weasels in the counties of Charles and
Calvert,
Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.
The bill entitled an Act for the protection of partridges and
to prevent trespassing with dog or gun on private property in
Caroline county,
Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.
The bill entitled an Act to appropriate a sum of money to
Say Edward V. Morris, tax-collector for the first and second
istricts of Caroline county for the years 1872 and 1873, for
money overpaid into the Treasury,
Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.
The bill entitled on Act to authorize the County Commis-
sioners of Frederick county to adjust and settle the account
of Wm. R, Dorsey, Register of Voters for Woodville Election
District, No. 18, of said county, by paying him such com-
pensation for extra services by him rendered as Register afore-
said, as they may deem right and proper,
Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.
