The bill entitled an Act to create an additional election
district in Garrett county, by dividing election district No.
8 of said county.
Which was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed
for a third reading.
The bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 8, of Article 1,
of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Allegany County,"
sub-title "Oakland," and tore-enact the same with amend-
ments.
Which was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed
for a third reading.
The bill entitled an Act granting the sanction of the
General Assembly of Maryland, to the bequest in the last
will and testaments of Christian Sheller, late of Washington
county, deceased, of the Dunker Baptist Church, at the
Sroad Fording, in said county,

The bill entitled an Act to add an additional Section to
Article 21, of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled
"Washington County," sub-title "Hagerstown," to ba
known as Section 243,

The bill entitled an Act to provide for taking the vote of
the people of Montgomery county for or against the re-divi-
sion of said county, into twelve election districts at the elec-
tion to be held in the fall of 1876,

The bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 79, sub-Section
2, of Article 2, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"Anne Arundel County Commissioners," as repealed,
amended, re-enacted and added by chapter 485, of the Acts
of the General Assembly of Maryland, passed at the Jan-
uary Session, 1874, and to amend and re-enact said Section
79, and sub-Section 2,
