On motion of Mr. Vandiver,
The Committee on organization were finally discharged.
Mr. Brown, Chairman of a Select Committee, to whom had
been recommitted the bill entitled an Act, to amend the char-
ter of the Parkton and Manchester Railroad Company, by
providing that jurors selected to condemn private property
for the location of the Parkton and Manchester Railroad,
shall take into consideration benefits to be derived by owners
of property so condemned, as well as damages.
Reported favorably thereon,
