Mr. Robinson, Chairman of the Committee on Organiza-
tion, submitted the following
REPORT.
To the Hon., the House of Delegates:
We, the Committee on Organization, respectfully report,
that the necessities of this House demand the appointment
of one additional Committee Clerk, one additional Folder,
and one additional Doorkeeper; and wo respectfully request
the Speaker to make said appointments.
And the Chairman of the Committee further recommends
that the Committee on Claims be instructed to pay Wm. La-
zenby, for the time he was engaged in the organization of
the House.
