A bill entitled an Act to refund to Tilghman N. Chance
the sum of two hundred and three dollars, the amount of
a bail bond, interest and cost, forfeited to the State as one of
the sureties for James H. Andrews.

Mr. Rullman, from a Select Committee, reported favorably,
A bill entitled an Act to add sub sections to Article 2, of
the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Anne Arundel Coun-
ty," sub-title "Annapolis," to provide a Board of Police
Commissioners for Annapolis city.

A bill entitled an Act to provide for maintaining and keep-
ing in repair the pablic roads in Dorchester county.

A bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact, as amended,
Section 6, of chapter 79, of the Acts passed at January
Session, 1874, entitled an Act for the protection of black
bass, and all other fish in the Patapsco River, above tide-
water.

A bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 1, of the Act of
January Session, 1874, chapter 265, entitled an Act to re-
