Mary's county, the sum of thirty dollars paid for license.
Mr. Mattingly moved that the bill be substituted for the
unfa verable report.

Mr. Harig, Chairman of the Committee on Claims, re-
ported unfavorably upon the petition of citizens of Cecil coun-
ty, asking that a sum of money be refunded to C. P. Saun-
ders, F. F. Myers and Geo. B. Penington, of said county,
And the report was adopted.
Mr. Stewart, Chairman of the Committee on the Chesa-
peake Bay and its Tributaries, reported favorably,
A bill entitled an Act to repeal chapter 221 of the Acts
passed at the January Session, 1874, regulating the mea-
surement of Oysters.
